Scope

These terms govern the use of the izan.lyconiq.com site. Use of the İ.Z.A.N. open edition is governed only by the MIT License. İZAN Server is licensed under a separate agreement (Commercial licence terms); if a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.

Site content

The content of the site is general information and not an offer. Prices and features bind only in a signed agreement. Lyconiq may change the site and its content without notice.

Rules of use

You must not attempt unauthorised access to the site, the services or our infrastructure, overload the site with automated requests, upload malware, or use the forms for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The site content, İZAN Server and the names and logo “İ.Z.A.N.” and “İZAN” belong to Lyconiq. The open edition’s source code is available under the MIT License, which grants no trademark rights.

Reporting vulnerabilities

Report a vulnerability to admin@lyconiq.io. We will not take legal action against good-faith research that harms no data and accesses no one else’s data.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, Lyconiq is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of the site. Liability for intent and gross negligence is unaffected.

Changes, law and venue

Lyconiq may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Turkish law applies. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye, have jurisdiction. Mandatory rights under the law of your country are unaffected.
