In short
- This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
- What you write in the forms reaches us only as an e-mail; it is not stored in a database.
- The İ.Z.A.N. open edition sends Lyconiq nothing. Lyconiq does not see the data of an İZAN Server that runs on your organisation’s own server.
Controller
Emre Akdemir, trading as Lyconiq, Istanbul, Türkiye ("Lyconiq"). Contact: admin@lyconiq.io.
What we process
- Forms: name, e-mail and, optionally, company, role, team size and message.
- Visit statistics: aggregate page-view counts through Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and keeps no record that identifies a visitor.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser and time, kept by the hosting provider for the security and operation of the site.
- Spam protection: a one-way hash of your IP address, kept for a short time.
Purpose and legal basis
To answer your request and take steps before a contract; to keep the site secure and running. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f)).
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. Our service providers: Vercel (hosting and visit statistics) and Resend (e-mail delivery). They may process data on servers outside your country; transfers rely on the safeguards the applicable law provides. We comply with lawful requests from authorities.
Retention
We keep data for as long as the purpose requires and the law prescribes, then delete, destroy or anonymise it.
Security
We protect data with industry-standard technical and organisational measures.
The product itself
This policy covers the site and Lyconiq’s own processing. What the İ.Z.A.N. product does with data is in its documentation: Privacy and security. When İZAN Server is offered in the cloud, Lyconiq processes data on behalf of the customer; the terms are in the Data Processing Agreement.
Your rights
You may access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for portability (GDPR Arts. 15–21). Rights under Turkish law are in the KVKK notice. Write to admin@lyconiq.io. You may complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top of this page shows the current version.
