KVKK notice

This notice is required by Turkish law (KVKK, Law No. 6698, Art. 10). The Turkish version prevails; this is a summary.

Data controller

Data, purpose and legal basis

• Site visitors: IP address, browser, time and aggregate visit counts, for the security and operation of the site; legitimate interest.
• People who use a form or write to us: name, e-mail, company, role, team size and message, to answer and to plan a pilot call; steps prior to a contract and legitimate interest.
• Customer and pilot contacts: name, work contact details, role and correspondence, to make and perform the contract; contract and legitimate interest.
• Billing contacts: name, role, tax and invoice details, for invoicing and accounting; legal obligation and contract.

How we collect it

Through the site forms, e-mail, meetings and contracts, partly automatically (server logs), in electronic form.

Transfers

To our service providers (Vercel: hosting and visit statistics; Resend: e-mail delivery), to our accountant and authorities where the law requires, and to legal advisers to protect our rights. Transfers abroad follow KVKK Art. 9.

Retention

For as long as the purpose requires and the law prescribes; then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

To learn whether your data is processed and to get information about it; to learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is transferred to; to have it corrected, deleted or destroyed and those parties notified; to object to a result against you that comes solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage from unlawful processing.
